In the circumstances that you feel obligated to offer a product that is available from us, then we will guarantee you that we will not make any approaches to the client in respect of other services. We would however deal with the client directly as their agent in respect of any matter that you referred to us.

We do not pay any referral fees or commissions for such business and we do not authorise any charge being made to the client in respect of the introduction.
