Does submitting an enquiry commit me in any way?
No. You will never be bound to any form of contract without a clear agreement being made between us.
Are you an insurance company?
No - we are an insurance broker. We act as your agent in obtaining the best possible terms on your behalf to meet your needs. Sometimes we offer advice on the insurances you require, sometimes we respond directly to your own assessment of your needs. It will be clear to you at quote stage in what capacity we are acting.
Is Blackfriars Insurance Brokers Ltd Ltd regulated in any way?
Yes - we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the arrangement of general insurances. our registration number is 308518 and this can be checked on the FSA website.
