 Neither the proposer, nor any other person having an interest in the vessel or who may use the vessel with the proposer's permission, has been charged or convicted of any criminal offence (excluding Road Traffic Act offences)
  •  
 The craft is not a personal watercraft/Jet Bike or craft of a similar nature
  •  
 Warranted That the trailer is wheel clamped at all times whilst not actually being towed
  •  
 Warranted (if maximum speed selected 26-45 Knots or ski liability selected) craft is not left unmanned afloat (for periods in excess of 3 hours) except when moored on a pontoon berth in a professionally run marina
