Each year, the UK recognises a National Fitness Day. This initiative is organised with the goal of promoting the importance of physical activity for people across Great Britain. Participants can enjoy taking part in many different activities or competitions, such as ‘plank offs’, yoga classes, group walks, virtual workouts and treadmill challenges. This year's National Fitness Day is 22nd September.
