In this issue we look at the work of the Employers Liability Tracing Office in protecting employees by maintaining records of an employers employers liability insurance cover over the years.

This helps to ensure that if employees suffer physical injury or illness arising during the course of the employment but that this does not manifest itself until some years down the line, the records of the employers insurance will remain available on the central Employers liability Tracing Office Database.
